Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing month.
If you are charged after cancelling due to a system error, contact us within 30 days and we will issue a full refund for that charge.
Annual plans are offered at a discounted rate (15% off monthly pricing) and are billed as a single upfront payment for a full 12-month term.
Annual purchases are final and non-refundable once the payment is processed.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings or the billing portal. Your access will remain active through the end of your paid annual term — you will not be charged again.
If there is a billing error (e.g., duplicate charge or unauthorized transaction), contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.
By completing an annual purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this non-refundable policy.
Monthly plans renew automatically each month unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Annual plans are billed as a one-time upfront payment. Auto-renewal for annual plans is off by default — your subscription will end at the close of your annual term unless you choose to renew.
You can manage your subscription, view renewal dates, and update your payment method through the billing portal accessible from your Account Settings.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at help@insighttrader.io within 30 days of the charge.
Include your account email and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
We strongly prefer resolving issues directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
The Free tier requires no payment and is not subject to this refund policy.
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
